Erasmus+ – Short-Term Studies at Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology
Who can participate?
Only students from partner universities that have a valid Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreement with Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology (PBS) are eligible to participate in the Erasmus+ programme.
How to apply?
Step 1 – Check the course offer
The catalogue of courses taught in English is available at:
https://iro.pbs.edu.pl/en/erasmus+/Courses-in-english-erasmus
Students may choose courses from all faculties of Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology.
Important: In order to participate in courses taught in English, students must demonstrate an English language proficiency level of at least B1/B2, in accordance with the provisions of the inter-institutional agreement.
Step 2 – Prepare the required documents
The following documents are required for the application:

Scan of a passport or identity card,

Online Learning Agreement (OLA) prepared via the dedicated platform,

Transcript of Records,
-
English language certificate (minimum B1 level).
Step 3 – Submit a complete application
A complete application consists of:

Submission of the online application form,
-
Approval of the Online Learning Agreement (OLA) by:
-
the student,
-
the home university coordinator,
-
the PBS Erasmus+ Coordinator.

Application processing time
The verification and evaluation of applications may take up to two weeks.
Accommodation
Students may apply for accommodation in PBS student dormitories through the application platform.
If you select "YES" when asked whether you would like to apply for university accommodation, it will automatically be treated as a request for a place in a student dormitory.
